The owner of the San Francisco Giants commissioned renowned golf course architect Ralph Plummer, whose portfolio includes Shady Oaks Country Club, home of famed golfer Ben Hogan, The Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, and Tryall Golf Club in Jamaica. Plummer’s remarkable ability to shape greens and bunkers by eye in a parkland setting makes the golf course unique in Arizona.
