Francisco Grande Signature Massage - An amazing treatment that is tailored to your specific needs. It will help soothe muscles, relieve tension, reduce stress, increase circulation and promote relaxation.

Golfer’s Massage - This massage is specifically designed to target the muscle groups that Golfer’s use most. It incorporates Deep tissue, Trigger Point and Stretching. A great way to help improve your swing!

Deep Tissue - Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Reflexology - Specific pressure points in the hand and feet correspond to organs of the body. Stimulating these areas relieves stress and tension. Promotes deep relaxation.

Mother to be Massage - Prenatal massage is a therapeutic technique specifically designed for the childbearing year, and can be modified for most stages of pregnancy. It is safe and effective for relieving the discomforts of pregnancy and promoting maternal and fetal well-being.
Recommended for women in the second or third trimester.

La Stone Therapy (Hot Stone Massage) - La Stone Therapy is a Native American healing art using basalt stones found here in Arizona riverbeds. Hot riverbed stones and soothing marble will be strategically placed under your body as the therapist performs a massage utilizing the hot riverbed stones.

The La Stone Massage will allow you to experience an intense calm and tranquility while soothing the nervous system, clearing toxins and gently balancing your body’s energy.

Grande Body Mask

Let your skin indulge itself!

Choose between French green clay, or Bentonite clay. Both are wonderful for removing toxic substances, and impurities from your skin. Their toning action stimulates the skin bringing fresh blood to damaged skin cells, revitalizing the complexion while tightening pores. Your skin will look and feel great upon receiving this nourishing treatment. Clay treatments consist of an exfoliation, massage and application of desired clay.

Herbal Body Wrap

This treatment begins with an exfoliation followed by a relaxing massage. Upon completion of the massage you will be wrapped in warmth, with a specially selected blend of herbs, designed to reduce stress and nourish the skin. This treatment is great for stress reduction and relaxation.

The Fitness Center contains; Life Cycle Upright 93C, Life Cycle Recumbent 95Ri, Life Fitness Total Body Cross-Trainer 93X, Life Fitness Treadmill 91T1, Dumbbells and weight machine. The fitness center is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
