Banquet Set-up and Server, Seasonal
Able to work weekends, holidays. Must be totally flexible on schedule. Minimum age 19.
Combination of Pay rates:
Serving $5.05/hr + percentage of service charges, and Set-up $8.05/hr
Setting up all function rooms to specified standards, refreshing when directed and maintaining each room throughout the property as directed by Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor. Interact with guests to serve banquet food or to stock the buffet.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff when food ordering, expressing any special needs. Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's table or buffet table.
Clean up after banquets and re-set for next functions.
Ability to lift and move heavy tables, chairs and banquet equipment for setting up events.
Ability to decorate the set with a "Wow" factor.
Banquet serving and set-up experience preferred, but not required
Good customer services skills
Well groomed, professional appearance
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Food service experience preferred, but not required.
Open availability for scheduling a must (see requirements above).
Must pass a background check.
