IT Manager

Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort operates year-round; 24 hours
per day; 7 days per week. Francisco Grande Hotel is organized into 10
over-all departments: GM; Sales; Food & Beverage; Rooms Division; Pro
Shop; Golf Course Maintenance; Human Resources; Accounting; Engineering;
and IT. 
We are looking for a self-motivated team player with outstanding
IT skills and a solid foundation of techniques. Overall management of
Audio Visual equipment for all guest functions. Must be able to operate
the department with true professionalism in a team-oriented environment.
Minimum three years Information Technology experience.
Job Description:
IT is responsible for 24 hrs-per-day; 7 days-per-week support for:
LAN network infrastructure
Active directory
Windows XP, Office 2003
Microsoft Business Server
General Networking and Service Admin
Commercial wireless and wired network infrastructure and admin
Ving Card electronic door system, (encoder and security)
Hotel telecommunications systems(PBX, admin, guest room phones,    conference room phones), T1 demarc to network and telephone systems
Cellular Phone services
Audio-Visual systems and service
Satellite TV system; Satellite Music systems
In-house sound and PA systems
VisualOne property management, POS(point-of-sales), and Golf Pro systems
Time Trak (time clock software and terminals)
Protobase HS Credit Card processing link and admin
E-mail and mail server admin
Web Server
Domain controller/server
Interface PC
Printers and all ethernet connectivity devices
The IT Dept. goals are:
Secure business information and network infrastructure
Maintain business continuity and provide timely disaster recovery
Provide high availability and support to all network services
Prevent, detect, or curtail security threats
Optimize network efficiency, (WI-FI and physical)
Optimize commercial guest internet delivery and services
Provide high availability telecommunications service and support
Provide efficient and prompt guest/client AV support
Maintain highest availability of guest services (TV/Music)
Enhance end-user security and efficiency
