Experience with busy lines essential.
Ability to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and specials.
Experience with broilers, saute and pantry.
Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
Contribute to a positive experience for our guests by following the recipe guidelines for consistency of product.
Knowledge of safety, health and sanitation requirements.
Pay rate: DOE
Ability to stand throughout shift. Ability to scoop, grasp, lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to multi-task and to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills with staff and management.
Team Player essential.
Francisco Grande is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, employees must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
