Prep Cook 2/2017
Responsible for the preparation of hot and cold food in a consistent and timely manner.
Contribute to a positive experience for our guests by following the recipe guidelines for consistency of product.
Knowledge of safety, health and sanitation requirements.
Previous prep cook experience desirable, but not essential. Training can be provided.
Ability to stand throughout shift. Ability to scoop, grasp, lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
Must display the ability to multi-task and to work well under time restraints.
Excellent communication skills with staff and management.
Team Player essential.
Francisco Grande is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, employees must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Must pass a background check.
No smoke breaks allowed.
