Front Desk Agent, Full Time 32-40 hours Week
Ability to work a flexible schedule required
Hours: 7:00 AM to 3 PM and 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
A Front Desk Agent at Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort is responsible
for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing extraordinary customer service in an extremely professional manner. After completing our comprehensive training program, our agents are expected to have a complete knowledge of the resortís property management system, PBX phone system as well as all resort policies and procedures. We expect our employees to have a dedicated work ethic and a genuine desire to serve our guests. Must be a team player.
May have to drive company van on occasion to take and pick up guests/students. Clean driverís license required.
Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task.
Excellent computer skills, to include Word and Excel.
Ability to stand through shift hours.
Rate of Pay: $9.00 hour.
