Full time Position:

Tuesday            2 PM to 10 PM

Wednesday       2 PM to 10 PM

Thursday           2 PM to 10 PM

Friday               2 PM to 10 PM

Saturday           2 PM to 10 PM
Job Description:
A Front Desk Agent at Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort is responsible
for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing extraordinary customer service in an extremely professional manner.   After completing our comprehensive training program, our agents are expected to have a complete knowledge of the resortís property management system, PBX phone system as well as all resort policies and procedures.   Must be able to multi-task, with excellent computer skills and maintain a professional appearance.
 
We expect our employees to have a dedicated work ethic and a genuine desire to serve our guests.  Requires the ability to stand through shift hours, flexible schedule,  weekdays and weekends required.
