2 evenings per week,
2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, flexible schedule required to include weekends
A Front Desk Agent at Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort is responsible
for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing extraordinary customer service in an extremely professional manner. After completing our comprehensive training program, our agents are expected to have a complete knowledge of the resort’s property management system, PBX phone system as well as all resort policies and procedures. Must be able to multi-task, with excellent computer skills and maintain a professional appearance.
We expect our employees to have a dedicated work ethic and a genuine desire to serve our guests. Requires the ability to stand through shift hours, flexible schedule, AM, PM, weekdays and weekends required.
